Becoming a Tabernacle of Joy
Cormorant Garamond is a classic font with a modern twist. It's easy to read on screens of every shape and size, and perfect for long blocks of text.
🌟 A Reflection on Joy
For most of my life, I couldn’t tell the difference between happiness and joy. To me, they were the same emotions, the same state of mind.
This was because I had never experienced true joy. I only knew fleeting moments of temporary satisfaction and uncertain happiness. What I lacked was the joyful foundation that is Jesus Christ.
He is the only one who fills my veins and heart with joy. And this joy never fades — because He is always with me.
✨ Joy Awaits the Broken
It is important to set an example for all lonely and broken people that joy awaits them too.
We must show them charity, empathy, and understanding. Through our actions, we glorify Christ.
Do not take credit for yourselves, because:
“We are unworthy servants; we have only done our duty.”
We must weep with those who weep. Let us not speak rashly, for our words may not be understood by those who are distraught and far from God. Instead, let our works of mercy speak for themselves.
🌌 Joy in the Eucharist
I feel most alive in my faith when I have the honor of consuming the Body and Blood of our Lord.
When I become a tabernacle, there is no room in my body, mind, or soul for anything but joy.
